Rosemary Chapman is the best salesperson ever, goes above and beyond for her clients! She will always take care of you!

Best dealership that I have ever sent with! Ever! And I’m 70 years old, so I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my life. If you want new Caddy or Chevy, make the trip out there and ask for Rosemary. She is number one. This place is a three hour drive, one way, for me. But one email to Rosemary, I told her what vehicle I wanted (already did my research on their website inventory), how much I was willing to pay and she called back with my options. Ask me to fill out the application, called right back to say she would get paperwork ready and I can come pick up the new Cadillac CT5. The people are pleasant, professional and the whole place is well run. Probably a little too far for me to go for an oil change, but some of the other reviews speak nicely about the service center as well.

One thing I want to say for sure, they have nice customer service. They follow-up and always will call you back. I feel like they are honest, as for now I would trust this place. I have something to compare with, nobody is perfect, of cause, but this people will listen to your needs to help
