Release of Liability problems...twice! Leased two SRX's and had problems with "release of liability" that they are suppose to complete. We are still receiving notices from Fast Trac in 3 d Leased two SRX's and had problems with "release of liability" that they are suppose to complete. We are still receiving notices from Fast Trac in 3 different states because of the license plate that was associated with our first SRX. Dina Reyes said they had the best staff in the desert who is diligent in completing the necessary paperwork and here it is 4 years later and we are caught in a catch 22 DMV to get our name off the registration. Today, we just received a "Notice of Delinquent Registration" from the second SRX we turned in months ago. Someone there is not doing their job and we are leary to shop there again or even recommend LaQuinta Cadillac to friends. More
Pathetic service This dealership had my 2010 Silverado HD diesel for a day and a half trying to diagnose a service light and reduced power mode warning . They charged me $1651, only to have the same warning come on while pulling my rv two days later East of Yuma. Despite repeated phone calls to the service dept at Joe Rodrigues over three hours urging a call back .. my calls were not even returned !! It speaks of terrible service as I had made it clear that I was desperate for help . Chuck Webb More
They could not fix it Today is Dec. 20,2016. The car went in for a clunking noise on driver side. Got it back next day. Now clunk is on passenger side. Took it right back w Today is Dec. 20,2016. They had it for almost a week and could not give us a loaner. Got it back on Dec 16 ,noise still there .Took it back Dec 17. Joe in service said no loaner available so take it home until Monday . On Monday we did get a car to use. 4:40 Tues car was ready. Picked it up 7:30 am Wednesday. Noise still there. We called Joe and requested he make a note in our file that noise still there in case something breaks off and we have accident. Joe in service was nice to us. More

They worked with straight sales price of car, no payment nonsense or trying to be deceptive about the price. I had a pre-approval from my credit union and they tried to meet or beat the finance cost but were not successful. It was a graceful loss and I proceeded to the credit union without any hard feelings. No high pressure on extras as the car had a 2 year full dealer service left from the previous owner. The bottom line is that they seemed to be very honest and did not use deception to sell extras. The sales person was Dina. She did a good job although she was very busy the day that we came in. We called her ahead to make sure that the car was still there and it was. All of the information given on the phone was correct. We came in from Chino Hills so we had a long drive to get there but it paid off. Great salesperson and fine dealership. More
DISHONEST AND RUDE The finance manager was so rude, I walked out of the office with my daughter and called the corporate offices to report his behavior. The manager never called me to apologize and try to make things right after I left. They just didn't care... I had to prompt the manager to apologize after the corporate offices transferred my call to the dealership. The manager then said he would make things right, but the dealership then sold the vehicle I was scheduled to buy out from under me over the Thanksgiving weekend without notifying me first. This is the kind of dealership that gives car dealers and car salesmen at large a bad name. This staff is largely made up of dishonest, aggressive managers who instruct their staff to take the upper hand on all occasions, which makes the buying experience very bad. There motto states that they are listening. Beware, they are not listening. I will be calling corporate again to communicate how badly I was treated by this dealership, as well as calling legal to see if I have a case against the dealership for selling the vehicle they promised me without checking with me first! P.S. Dina left my daughter and I waiting for so long, that my daughter mentioned Dina was having a personal conversation with someone we knew while waiting to pay for our vehicle, and then she went to help a shopper who had arrived after us, all the while leaving us to sit and wait... My daughter finally prompted me to approach Dina and tell her we were waiting. She still did not get us to the finance office to close the sale right away, and we waited another ten minutes while she helped others- More

I had never bought a car new before. The thought of negotiating with professional negotiators is real intimidating but Rahbi & Jose were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Rahbi did make counter offers but that is expected in a negotiation. He along with Jose and the rest of the team are an asset to your company and have made Chevrolet Cadillac of La Quinta my first port of call the next time I or a friend or family member are in the market of a car.
