Best Experience I’ve ever had @ a Dealership. I felt Comfortable & Welcome with my 3 Day Experience! I’ve bot several cars during my Life & this was by far the BEST Experience I’ve EVER had! I felt like I was with a group of Friends & I will visit when I have questions (I’ve never had a Chevy & I’ve never had all these Gadgets : ) I dealt with Robbi first - He was Kind, Knowledgeable, & extremely open & helpful with the Best Deal for Me as well as the Best Model for me & my Lifestyle-I am with my Grandchildren Lots - They Also had a Fun time. Robbi spent 2 days working with me. The 3rd day I went too late to see Robbi so Brandon took care of me & he was also Outstanding. He was young & hadn’t been in Car Sales for very long, but he knew what he was doing & if he wasn’t familiar with he quickly & comfortably went to another Associate & got answers for any questions I had. I ended up buying the Cruze that I tested that day with him. I then was taken to Alex for the Final Paperwork. Alex was also extremely pleasant & very helpful explaining everything. I wasn’t familiar enough with the “Gap” part of Warrantee & had previously turned it down because a Family Member had told me I really needn’t spend $$ On it. I asked Alex several questions about it & made the decision myself to add it back into the Deal. I know this has been exceptionally long, but I think it’s appropriate to let Future Customers that my Experience was Extremely Comfortable, No Pressure, & Everyone was Extremely Honest & Open with me. I have already recommended the La Quinta Chevy Dealership to Friends. If you’re interested in a pleasant experience with kind knowledgeable People that you really feel you can Trust.......You should definitely check this Dealership Out. I ended up purchasing a completely different car than I had thot was perfect for me when I first walked in. One difference was I was shopping for New I thot, & I ended up buying an Outstanding Pre-Owned Vehicle. I am, Extremely Happy More
