We had one of the most courteous salesmen I have ever had while buying a new car. It was a very hot day and he worked very hard trying to keep us comfortable. I am older, and I often have problems with many while buying a new car. It was a very hot day and he worked very hard trying to keep us comfortable. I am older, and I often have problems with many of the newer and younger salesmen being very pushy and aggresive. Gene was not that way at all and just allowed us to progress at our own rate. My wife had gone into the dealership 2 weeks earlier to look at a car and Gene was the salesman who helped her. He gave her a card and said he would do anything he could to help in the future. He was polite and didn't keep calling us and bugging us about what we were going to do. We had also looked at some other vehicles at other dealers. I got so tired of being called by these dealers and salesmen again and again that we just about had decided not to buy a car. We decided to call Gene back, then returned and purchased a new car. I would also say how nice it was for Adam to work with us on our financing. He was able to get a cheaper rate then my own credit union and save us even more money. Therefore, we will highly recommend Bob Moore Kia and Gene Burris to anyone interested in a Kia. More

Robert took the time to explain and demonstrate how the vehicle drove and how the accessories worked. He provided a comfortable and stress free environment. Jay gave us plenty of time to discuss our options alone after we went for a test drive, so we didn't feel the usual high pressure to make a deal. After we purchased the car, John thanked us for our business and asked us to call him personally if we had any concerns or questions. When Jay took us over to Finance, we were helped by a really nice young man named Josh (didn't get his card, so I'm unsure about his last name). Josh was very up front with us about the interest rates and what our options were with choosing months to pay. We didn't feel pressured to buy the extra service packages and didn't intend to buy any add-ons, but when Josh explained some of the features, we ended up getting the Gap insurance, which we've never done before but it seemed like a good value. I brought the car back on Monday to have it detailed and was in and out in about 45 minutes. Jay and John both greeted me and asked how I was enjoying the new ride. I feel confident that I can go by Bob Moore at any time and be taken care of as a valued customer. I will be referring my family and friends to Bob Moore Kia. Thank you, Melanie Duff More

My Wife and I were greeted at the door by Scott. We knew what car we wanted, we were looking for a Kia Soul. After finding one that would work in our price range, we went and crunched some numbers I was ups what car we wanted, we were looking for a Kia Soul. After finding one that would work in our price range, we went and crunched some numbers I was upside down in my current car and Scott still offered a decent amount for my car. That worked for us and we went over to Finance. This is where all of the "Excellent" experience took place. Chad our finance guy began entering all of the numbers and working out the loan. I had already been promise 3.99% from my credit union. Chad was working in the amount of the car with my role over and the credit union came back and said that I could only get the loan amount for 100% of the MSRP (not MSRP and the role over) Tim (Chad's Boss) began negotiating with the Credit union to make the deal happen, Tim was also asking the sales manager (John) to lower the price of the current car we were looking at buying and give me more money for my car to make the deal happen. John wasn't able to lower the price of the current car but found an other car with more options on it for a cheeper asking price. (I don't know how that's possible but John found it). After about three hours of going back and forth with the credit union we had made a deal, but it was better than when we originally walked in the door. John found us a better car on the lot with more options for less money and he offered $1500 more on my car (trade-in) than he originally had offered. The entire experience went above and beyond to get us out of a car (that had negative equity) and that was not a safe care for my family to drive in anymore due to a recent added family member (baby). They also got us into a car that was better and had more options (for less money) than the original car that we were looking at. Thank you again to Scott, John, Chad, and Tim. We couldn't have done it without you all and the great staff and service at Bob Moore. I have never had an experience such as this one at ANY dealership. I will recommend any one to go see Scott because he will have your best interest at heart and will be completely honest with you in the entire process. Thank you again guys. Keep up the great work. From the time I drove up in a rented car until the time I drove away in my new car, it only took just over 2 hours from start to finish ...... WOW!!!!!!!!!!!
