Beware I read other reviews about this location putting in the wrong engine oil. It will cost you the ultimate price!! Shortly after having my oil changed at this Kunes location I start smelling a burning in the wrong engine oil. It will cost you the ultimate price!! Shortly after having my oil changed at this Kunes location I start smelling a burning smell coming from my mercedes benz. I went there because it was more reasonable price and closer than the Kunes I normally go to in Wisconsin where I purchased the car. I truly regret it because my engine blew. I’m left to pay for the repairs 6,700 because the “no fear warranty” only covered 5000 dollars now I’m without a car and a broken heart because I can’t afford the repairs. The service light on my dash was never reset so I’m not sure if the oil ever got changed and will never know because everything is done behind the scenes. I was told mercedes oil change was good for 10k miles i was at 106,704 and the sticker in my window said 113,970 from the dealership that was questionable I should have known better ruined my car. The service tech was (CORTLAND) or something similar to that was on the paperwork. I can’t stop crying because I was taken advantage of and my Mercedes is ruined!! Going the cheaper route at this Kunes location cost me everything and the dealership has no compassion but I understand when it’s all about making big bucks..I was a loyal Kunes customer but I will never do business with this establishment again..Also rude service staff with poor hygiene !!! More

Beware! took my car in for oil change and tire rotation! They changed oil, installed the wrong oil! did not rotate tires!!! say they did! installed license p took my car in for oil change and tire rotation! Took it in for two simple things! TIP: Mark your tires I did and thats how we caught them! dont let them scam you! Read your owners manual check your bill! More

service issues hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is apparent three times sent vehicle to this dealer first time, steering is problematic, so they tightened steering column, when originally brought car there they actually said this year auto has possible component issues in the steering, second time brought back and the tech said put new tires on and have wheel alignment, i acknowledge the tires were bad but this steering issue is still there and felt it wasn't related to an alignment, the tires were replaced and called hyundai corporate this individual very considerate and concerned with our safety and satisfaction she referred specifically to service manager. now they claim nothing is wrong with car and claim it is a design issue with electric steering motor and they never acknowledged to the corporate person we were even there for service.
