If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bu this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. Kunes is just not worth the visit, or business. :( More

Disappointing Communication when scheduling to look at a car. I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific car and I was told since I was driving an hour that Joel would hold the keys so the car would b car. I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific car and I was told since I was driving an hour that Joel would hold the keys so the car would be there when I got there. I even said I would put a deposit over the phone and he did not accept that. I got there after taking time off work and was told the car was sold 2 hours ago. I confirmed my appointment 45 minutes before I go t there and they did not tell me it was sold but let me drive the hour anyway most likely to see if I would buy a different car. I am not convinced they even had the car there that I was going to look at and that there is a Joel that works there. He is not listed on their staff roster on their website. One reason I hate going to car dealerships. More
Most frustrating experience trying to buy a new car. I contacted them 4 days later since the vehicle was shown on their website and priced as previously quoted at $34,695. After numerous phone calls I was finally told that it was not currently on the lot but still coming in. OK I could wait but the salesman then informed me that the price would now be $42,200 because it was the last one they were expecting. Obviously, I wasn't going to be held-up by an unscrupulous dealer. May original contact called me a couple days later and I explained what had transpired. He said he would talk to the manager to see what could be done. It's been a couple days and getting no response tells me all I need to know about this dealership. I fully intend to report my experience to Hyundai Corp. and IL A.G. consumer division. More

I got there after driving close to 2 hrs. Guess what he said the car sold the night before. I had talked to them at closing time the night before and car was still available. I also told them I was 2 hrs away. Won’t be going back there. Take heed!!! More
Do not go to this dealership. I went to this dealership because my credit score is not spectacular due to some debts from my divorce. This was the provided dealership by Auto Credit Express. They never would tell me what they would give me for my vehicle. They then “hand picked” vehicles for me to look at. Said that these vehicles would help make my monthly payments less. They were clearly not what I said would fit my family needs. They then provided me a vehicle, one that fit my needs and would be cost effective for monthly payments. Drove it and liked it. They ran my credit. Suddenly they said that the vehicle wouldn’t work financially and gave me another vehicle. I looked at the vehicle on my own and also liked that one. Before even talking to anyone, I get an alert that my credit was run again. Go back inside and the manager comes over and said he has this great rate on the vehicle if I provided him a co-signer. He said it didn’t matter what their score was as long as I provided him a name. I declined this offer and told them I didn’t want the car and I was ready to leave. The arrogant manager then tells me to walk outside with him. Asks me what’s wrong. I tell him I didn’t want the deal. He responds back to me “Well look on the lot. Find a vehicle you like and I’ll make it happen.” So wait a second…. Two vehicles they said would work “didn’t work out”. But he can make any deal happen?!? He says to me, how about a new truck? There might be incentives that can really drive the price down. I told him No. I did not want to see any more vehicles. He said he would up the trade in value even. Well hard to say if this is the case because they still would not tell me what the original value was. He ran inside to “run numbers.” At this point I told the original salesman that I was done and was going home. I said I wanted my keys (since they never gave them back after looking at my vehicle). He went into the managers office and came back out with keys to a new truck. He said he “just needed me to at least look at it so he didn’t get in trouble.” So out of sympathy for the salesman, I walked out to the vehicle, said I didn’t like it, and walked inside where I demanded my keys back. I got the keys from the salesman and walked out the door. As soon as I walked outside the manager got all pissy with me and ridiculed my decision to leave. He even said: “Can’t you buy the new one and then just trade it back in a few months?” I replied that he could not force me to buy a vehicle I didn’t want. He threw his hands up in the air, said “whatever”, and stormed back inside. Not only did I not walk out with a car, but I also had my credit run twice for no reason what so ever and was treated like trash!! Do not go there!! I never once went looking for a new vehicle with all the options possible. I was totally ok with getting a used vehicle which fit the needs of my family. The used vehicles were not in the best shape and were way over priced… even for the current market. Please… Please… Please go somewhere else to buy a vehicle! More

Beware! took my car in for oil change and tire rotation! They changed oil, installed the wrong oil! did not rotate tires!!! say they did! installed license p took my car in for oil change and tire rotation! Took it in for two simple things! TIP: Mark your tires I did and thats how we caught them! dont let them scam you! Read your owners manual check your bill! More
