Kunes Hyundai of Quincy was very unprofessional and unfair. In January I went to Kunes to finance my first vehicle and they sold me a 2013 Chevy Equinox, the first 2 weeks it ran okay, but then it star unfair. In January I went to Kunes to finance my first vehicle and they sold me a 2013 Chevy Equinox, the first 2 weeks it ran okay, but then it started to die and I had several mechanical issues so I took it back in hopes that they could do something for me however, I was very wrong. In fact, they gave me a rental to drive for three months while my car sat untouched in the back lot. After going back and forth with them on coming up with a solution, still none was made and as of yesterday, I returned my rental car per their request and they gave me back my old and defective car and it died on the way home five times and posed as a major safety risk. The only option was to pay them $4,500 cash upfront for a new engine. In addition, they have displayed horrible customer service and have treated me awful. Do not go into this place if you care about your finances. This is the by far the worst case of bad customer care I have ever seen! More

Give information, back and forth, they want me to look at a car with 25,000 more miles than I'm looking for or one that's WAY over my budget (I assume, they never did tell me the asking price). An hour later, I ask why I can't look at the one I came for. Because THEY DON'T HAVE IT. It sold. Over an hour there and they didn't offer that information. I Left. Called Mallory back who tells me that it's active in their system and should be on the lot. She offered to look into it and call me back. Never did call me back. More
