After initially locating the car on the internet, Jen was readily available by telephone or email to answer questions and set up an appointment for viewing the vehicle. My current vehicle became unsafe to drive. Jen helped me find exactly what I needed, and what I could afford. I absolutely love my Honda! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable the entire experience. I highly recommend Jen to anyone in the market for a new or used car purchase. I would give her 6 stars if I could! More

Only if you enjoy being pl I have dealt with many dealers over the years and this one is by far the worst ever. How they are in business is beyond me. Only if you enjoy being played and ripped off would you want to go here. They will take your money and run. Zero support of the sale what so ever. Promises kept equals none. Would love to give no stars. More

Called Reynolds Motors and spoke with "Dana" the salesman who sold it to me. I asked him if they would give me a couple hundred dollar discount to have them fix it, since I'd only had it three weeks. He handed me off to the manager, who said nope, there was nothing they could do for me. I had traded a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country that was in great condition; I just couldn't afford to put gas in it. They traded me even up for this vehicle; this was my first car buying experience on my own, and they saw me coming. They know they took advantage of me, which is all part of the game, but to not be willing to discount a couple hundred dollars to have them repair the vehicle seems to be the epitomy of greed. Had it towed to a mechanic and learned it needs a new transmission! I don't have the money to fix it and am now about to lose my job because I don't have reliable means to get to work. Buyer Beware! I have had two bad experiences with Reynolds ford. When I bought my truck, I found the sales to be high pressure, and full of lies, promising incentives I did not get. Tom, the finance manager, was pressurin bought my truck, I found the sales to be high pressure, and full of lies, promising incentives I did not get. Tom, the finance manager, was pressuring me and having me sign documents without explaining what they are. Next thing you know, was roped in to a 21 percent financing. Had to have my grandmother cosign for me to refinance. Mind you, I worked third shift and had been awake 24 hours by the time the signing took place, and my first vehicle buying experience by myself. Lesson learned there. My girlfriend recently leased a ford edge from Reynolds, and initially thought my experience was a fluke. Gave her a fair price on her trade in and agreed upon a price and mileage. Fast forward two weeks, the finance manager, Tom again, called her, demanding she come in to sign a new term agreement, that would have shortened it by a year, and had her paying more(obviously found an incentive they missed for themselves). She said no, the contract had been signed and that was the terms they agreed to. He then yelled at her demanding she return the car. After much hassling and harassment, she conceded, for the fact she did not want a screw job company to get her money. Lucky I was out of town and had time to cool off after finding out he yelled at her. Happy ending, she went to eriksen Chevrolet, got a wonderful deal, and a very pleasant experience. I would NOT recommend Reynolds ford to anybody... Ever. More
