At first I was very satisfied with Kunes. But after reading the fine print and realizing I got stuck with a predatory loan, I am obviously no longer satisfied. I have come to realize that they use deceptive practices.. So much so that I am already $4,500 in negative equity on the vehicle before even making my first payment .. charged me over $1,000 for dealer add on’s that were never disclosed to me about what they “added on.” I was charged over $1,000 for a tire care protection plan that I was told was apart of my GAP insurance .. well obviously not since I was charged an extra $1,000 for it… The tires on the car are some off brand I’ve never even heard of.. I’m being charged 29% interest so only $140 of my $549 monthly payment is going towards the principal of my loan.. When it’s all said and done I’ll end up paying over $38,000 for a vehicle that is worth only $15,000 private party, $10-$12,000 if I trade it in… I was also told that my loan was thru one company and then got a letter and a text message from a whole different company stating that they are in charge of said loan.. I wish I would have ignored the constant text messages and emails begging me to come get financed for a vehicle.. More

Trina worked with me from start to finish and kept me informed.
