Great Experience! I had been looking for a used car for my mother. My new ford fusion I was warmly welcomed by a sales associate right when I walked into the sales offices. Once I was introduced the associate was very accommodating to m I was warmly welcomed by a sales associate right when I walked into the sales offices. Once I was introduced the associate was very accommodating to my needs, I then got in contact with Frank Schmidt and he was able to help me find a car to test drive, after test driving the ford fusion I felt it was the perfect car for me. Unfortunately I had no credit so I was expecting to have to come back another time, however Frank was able to work it out so I could put down my down payment and finance the fusion. I was able to drive away in my new car that day with an ear to ear grin without hassle and kind assistance from Frank. Thank you Kunes Country More

A Pleasant Way to Spend A Day We had friends who purchased a truck from Jim Novack at Kunes and they had a good experience so my husband called Jim and told him the two vehicles w We had friends who purchased a truck from Jim Novack at Kunes and they had a good experience so my husband called Jim and told him the two vehicles we were interested in. At this point we were just beginning our search, so there were quite a few phone calls over a couple of weeks with questions on features, colors, etc. Jim always called us back right away with the answers. Finally, we were ready to come in to the dealership and look at the vehicles. Jim had my car all ready for me to test drive and after the drive, I was pleased with the car. My husband was looking for a truck, but they did not have the one he wanted on the lot, so Jim had it shipped in and it arrived the next afternoon. We traded our old car and truck in and the deal was done. Very little haggling about the prices, which we liked. Paperwork took about two hours, which I guess is about average for the purchase of two vehicles. Tom Fohr was very thorough and did not pressure us into buying a service plan. We even left with our new license plates. When we picked up the vehicles, Jim gave us a "tour" of how all the options worked. Overall, a very pleasant car/truck buying experience. We would definitely send people to Jim Novack and Kunes Country Ford. More
