What Others Say
Went to the dealership to purchase a Ford Maverick. I was never told the interest rates and upon reading the paperwork at home, they added extra services that I did not ask for, and I was never explained. This place is not very professional. They lie to you. They hate stuff anything to get the total price of the car up.. Very dishonest place and not trustworthy I will never buy anything from there again
This place advertises vehicles at prices they will not honor. Ad was 26. They said 28. Brought the price to their attention. Rebecca said she would honor the online price. They went online and raised their prices by 1000 and then a guy named Dylan said the price was almost 30. Told me nearly 4k more than advertised. They said their prices were an online error and they fixed them. He became condescending and said he had worked for Ford for 5 years. What McDonald’s did this clown work at before that? So I showed him the vehicle at 27 online stil. He stopped responding. These people are the greasy cars salesman you hear all the bad things about.
A terrible experience. Don’t waste your time. The prices are not true. They will tell you it’s an AI mistake even if you verify pricing prior to making the trip. Dishonest, cheaters, absolutely rotten to the core. 😡😡
My experience with this dealership was appalling. The sales guy did the good ol' bait and switch with a bronco that was advertised on my sister, and from there it just went down hill. Seriously folks, if you're looking to get ripped off and taken advantage of, by all means, go to this crap hole. If you want a good deal and a vehicle you will actually like, go elsewhere. Good thing, my sister did not buy a vehicle from this place and those shelby pick up trucks out front, well they look good there. I will buy mine somewhere other than there.
If I could give this Dealer negative Stars I would. it started outside the dealer on the website where I made a request to trade in my car, at what point someone texted me and set an appointment to meet my sales rep. When showing up for that appointment the Sales rep had no clue who we were and looked so dumbfounded as he was already working with another person who happened to pull in right as we did. So we got passed off to another Sales rep i though ok because he seamed nice and easy to work with.... MAN WAS I WRONG. He gets us test driving and during these test drives was supposed to be starting the prosses for financing, come to find out he was not. When we come back, he starts running numbers and claims he will be right back. (he could be seen walking around the dealership checking in with the people at the desk every now and again). After about an hour he stops back by his desk to let us know he is still waiting for Ford to get back to us but that you guys are with our "prime lenders.... "what ever the #&^$ that means". he comes back again and says I want to show you some other cars I think going NEW will be better to Hide what negative Equity you have in your car. So he pulls up a base model Escape, with nothing on it. For the cost of a car, I'm not interested in a "base" model. We asked about the Ford Bronco, since it was going for about the same price as the Escape. He pulls up the Bronco when showing it to use he says looks like you guys would have an interest rate of 2-3% with this nice one here so take it for a spin and ill do the numbers. After the test drive he comes out and says she is nice right, so here is the thing we ran the numbers and it looks like this would not be a good fit but if you have a co-signer we can make it happen. The co-signer was with me, so they applied and then about 2 hrs later he comes back and says ok so We got an offer from landmark but we are sill waiting for Ford to Respond. shows us a sheet with terms on it they wanted a little more for a down payment and the payment was a little higher, and since they were closing, he said to see what we could do, and they would work on it tomorrow, and he said take a photo of it and lets see if ford comes back with anything better...5 hours there and nothing finalized. I check in on Friday...no update, but I was just going to swing the higher payment and put a little more down with the lender deal we took the picture of, so I told him we would come in on Saturday to finalize everything, and he agreed. I show up Saturday, and out of nowhere there is no deal. "LAND MARK pulled that deal back" UM WHAT I've never heard of a deal being pulled back. he clams that the contact who sent it no longer worked there as of Friday....Excuse me, what? How does that affect my deal? And now he's showing us a different Bronco, I can only assume the one we were working on is gone. After that test drive, he says new incentives will come out on Tuesday, that will hopefully be better, so I will send a group text to all parties, on Tuesday. Surprise, Tuesday comes and no text, I have to reach out to him YET again and he says we have to wait till Wednesday when they are in the system....It's now Wednesday, and I am STILL waiting!! LOOK IM NOT STUPID I know my situation is not easy, but it just takes work. Every customer should be treated the SAME!!. Do not treat me like crap because I'm less than perfect like others in the show room. I guess I don't belong in a dealership like this with my poor, working class, less than stellar credit xxx. I'm not this perfect deal, and get this now he is avoiding me when he told me i would have a response today and I've heard nothing. Look, don't play games, just be straight and open with me tell me you don't wont to work with me, don't just leave me on ignore to take a different deal, that doesn't say much about you. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!
This was.the worst experience I have ever had. Took my F150 in for service and it turned out to be a complete $1400 nightmare! Will never go back there. On top of it all when the called to follow up after service call they really didn't care,! Never go there
