Please with my Time Warped Car I needed to be able to trade in two cars and it looked like I was going to have to give up my loved Flex. Tracy and Ford management managed to take bo I needed to be able to trade in two cars and it looked like I was going to have to give up my loved Flex. Tracy and Ford management managed to take both cars , restructure my loan and put me in the same year but different model Ford. I got an SEL Flex verses an Flex SE. More and better features and half the mileage . Oh my gosh I'm such a happy camper . These folks went the extra mile and were in tune with my not wanting to lose my Flex . Yes the color is even the same . Yes the car payment went up but is manageable.. I am pleased and surprised at how well this all worked out . These people are problem solvers .
