He has a great personality and makes buying or leasing a car very pleasurable and actually fun! The second is the service department who always come through with great attitudes and knowledge although with the quality Ford products I have purchased there I haven't had to call on them too many times. Last, everyone at the dealership is a relaxed, no pressure happy group. Thanks to Jesse in Finance department, too!. You cannot go wrong with Kunes Ford in Antioch! More

Fair & Honest Car dealerships are sketchy, but I didn't pick up that vibe here. Although I felt like my trade-in value was low (it did need work to resell... proba Car dealerships are sketchy, but I didn't pick up that vibe here. Although I felt like my trade-in value was low (it did need work to resell... probably more than I realize), the dealership was very flexible with the price of the new purchase, which was already rated a fair deal by car gurus. When I contacted Max about my interest in this car, he reached out to me but didn't hound me. It probably took 3 weeks from initial contact to purchase, and I never felt pressured or annoyed. Thus, 5 stars for a smooth transaction that I feel was fair and honest. More

Brought used 2011 Ford Van, arrived with dinged windshield! Purchased 2011 Ford Van remotely by pictures on the Internet. The van did not have a dinged windshield when I purchased it. After being driven to Sout Purchased 2011 Ford Van remotely by pictures on the Internet. The van did not have a dinged windshield when I purchased it. After being driven to Southern IL it arrived with no gas, dirty and with a ding in the windshield. I brought a van without a broken windshield! I have been unable to resolve this issue with Kunes. I want a new windshield with no ding and feel the dealership should bear the cost of replacing it. On other matters the price was fair but slightly on the high side. Financing was excellent. Salesperson was ok although he didn't have his voice mail set up and I couldn't keep track of his cell phone number. TRANSPORT was the big problem next time I will be sure to request any vehicle be trailered when moved.?? More
