Hello, We are deeply sorry that we had this miscommunication. We aim to provide the best possible experience, and sadly, yours doesn't seem to be the case. We have tried to contact you multiple times in the last week, but were unsuccessful. In many cases, we will receive a vehicle that is ready to be sold that second, and we will post a price either online or in a mailer to advertise its need to move immediately. We certainly don't want to appear to be pulling a "bait and switch" tactic, as it's not how we operate, and since most issues stem from a miscommunication, we can understand why you would be so upset. By all means, please give our General Manager Jerome Witt a call at (847) 395-3900, and work this situation out with him. He is a great guy, and I feel that any issues can be resolved by a meeting. Thank you for taking the time to write down your concerns. Without input, we are unable to improve our already-stellar customer service, and we wouldn't be able to operate successfully.

We are very sorry that your experience at Kunes was such a difficult one. We have reached out and tried to contact you regarding this concern, but none of our attempts were replied, so we're sorry that we couldn't discuss this further. The purpose of our letters and promotional material are to promote various sales that we currently have running in addition to bring interest to the Kunes Country dealerships. As we mentioned to you previously, the winning sweepstakes numbers were indeed sent out and a winner was pulled. We are very sorry that it wasn't you, as we consider every one of our guests a winner. During your visit, as we stated earlier, we had multiple individuals of color working at the time of your visit, and whatever salesperson approached you at the time would have been of his own volition. We certainly do not profile any potential customers and attempt to "pair them together" with a salesperson based on demographics. Kunes promotes a very diverse and integrated workforce, and in no way would ever condone the mistreatment of anyone based on a physical attribute. As a Christian-based company, it is inherent in our practice to treat everyone equally and with respect. We are indeed sorry that you did not experience a pleasant trip to our dealership, as we attempt to work with anyone that walks in our doors.
