Went to look at that truck the next day and was able to agree to a deal. Took delivery two days later. Jon C. was awesome to work with. More

Recent purchase of 2016 Expedition I had been researching 2016 Expeditions for a couple of weeks and basically had a general idea of what we were looking for. Steve (the internet guy) h I had been researching 2016 Expeditions for a couple of weeks and basically had a general idea of what we were looking for. Steve (the internet guy) had saw that I was looking around and contacted me. It was the start of a great relationship. Even though the expedition we were looking for was not on the lot, he went out and found several that came close to what we wanted (Limited model Magnetic and Shadow Black with a bench 2nd row). Steve provided additional information on additional options that would benefit us in the long run and would better meet our needs. After thinking about it I fully agreed. I came into the dealership with the information I had gathered together as far as model, color, price, etc and we sat down discussed and came to an agreeable vehicle and price that fit perfectly with our life style. Our goal was to have it by the end of the December. Steve worked hard for us to get the dealer trade in place, get the new expedition to his location, have the exterior and interior protection coating applied and ready for out pickup by early afternoon on the 31st. One more thing I would like to add is that Steve put our needs up on his list. He is able to multitask(which I like in a person) and get our deal finalized. He was very organized and worked with the managers to provide us with an acceptable agreement. All of the lead to a Fantastic and Great Experience!! More

Initial screw-up fixed. Customer happy I don't intend to make this an "on the one hand" review. When I came into the showroom I was pretty sure I wanted a new Ford Escape. Fine. But I was I don't intend to make this an "on the one hand" review. When I came into the showroom I was pretty sure I wanted a new Ford Escape. Fine. But I was particular about the interior color. I wanted a light interior. I really find all the black, slate, gray, graphite, blah blah blah interiors depressing. Depressing. Also my wife wanted the passing car safety feature (Bliss) warning feature. She has it on her Edge and has come to rely on it. But I think the boys at Kunes had it in their mind they were going to sell us a car. One of their cars on the lot: that evening. So I felt more than just a little railroaded, at first. Once I make it perfectly clear that I wanted what I needed, they understood and got on the case. It wasn't on the lot, but then they moved to find that car with our specs, it was still in production at the factory, and claimed it for us. We got exactly what we wanted at a fair price and reasonable time frame. I've only had the car two days now but I can say I'm very satisfied with the efforts at Kunes Fores. More

Good at selling but after that forget it. Purchased a vehicle and while driving home I noticed every time I hit a small bump it would make knocking noises. I checked it at home and could tell that the ball joints were gone. I called the following day and brought it back the next. They told me it was the sway bar links (actual cost 15.00 each) and that it would cost 250.00. After being transferred to a sales manager they said they would do it for 50.00. I thought maybe I was incorrect and this is the problem so I approved even though I don't think being a day old that I should have paid anything. Evidently this is because I did not notice it on the test drive before I purchased it. Their repair did not fix the problem but I will take it somewhere since it seemed like a hassle for them anyhow. I would rather pay a lot more for a quality repair. They were also supposed to order specific floor mats since the car did not have any in it..... What I got was a cheap 20.00 pair of mats, not what originally came with the car. I was going to buy a truck in the next 3 months, guess they won't be getting my business. I'm very disappointed in having to take a car that was clearly sold with a slight issue to another dealer when it should have been taken care of in the 2 days after the sale. More
