Because the F-150 I wanted wasn't at the dealership didn't stop him, within 10 minutes of returning from the test drive, he located a truck that had everything I wanted!! I was out the door with a GREAT deal in no time flat!! Kunes Ford got my new truck to their store in just 2 day and got in and out of Financing with Mark the quickest ever!! More

Kunes Country Ford of Antioch I went to Kunes Country Ford of Antioch after talking to another Ford dealership that I was having some issues getting good answers from. I felt so ha I went to Kunes Country Ford of Antioch after talking to another Ford dealership that I was having some issues getting good answers from. I felt so happy and comfortable here. The guys made sure I felt taken care of and was happy with my purchase. They were very reassuring and made sure to keep my updated while I was waiting to see if I was approved for my vehicle. I traded that car in for an amazing deal that I probably didn't deserve just two days ago and am now happily driving a gorgeous 2016 Explorer, which is much safer for my kids and loaded with features. They took the time to put together a deal with a payment that was where I needed it to be, meanwhile the staff was extremely cheerful and playful with my 2 year old daughter. I'm a professional salesperson, so I can usually smell the sales pitch coming, but in two trips to Kunes, I've never once been "sold" by the staff - instead, they focus on solutions for me and my family, not sales, and that is why they have earned the right to my business before anyone else. My sales rep, Jesus Cardoza, was patient, understanding, and real - meaning he clearly wasn't putting on a show to get my to bite on a car I didn't want, and he helped steer me away from the more-expensive options I was considering to a great model with a ton of features that started $15k less. It's not easy to say you have a guy and a dealer when it comes to cars, but I do and I strongly urge anyone in the market for a Ford to give them a shot. More

Yes...my purchase is complete but when I'm in the area of Kunes Country Ford I'll definitely stop by to Hi to Jason for sure! More

My explorer wasn't there it was at another location came back the next day and it was here, even though we had a snow storm they clean it up very very well both guys treated me so good i wish i could meet these guys earlier. Great experience from start to finish So I, like most of us that are not "car guys" (or girls), HATE car shopping. The dread of walking into such a significant purchase knowing you are no So I, like most of us that are not "car guys" (or girls), HATE car shopping. The dread of walking into such a significant purchase knowing you are not on even footing with the guy trying to get your hard earned money is, at best, an uncomfortable feeling. That being said I found myself walking into Kunes yesterday expecting the worst only to be completely caught off balance by Jesus Cardoza who greeted me with an expected smile but also an unanticipated level of helpfulness. Everybody needs to make money, I get that, I wouldn't work for free either but what has put me off in the past in purchasing vehicles is the feeling that the salesman/dealership are pushing add-ons that we both know I don't want or need just to make a few extra bucks off me. Jesus and the rest of the team at Kunes didn't do this. They explained my options and why I may or may not want or need them and when I made a decision to decline most of them there was absolutely no hard sell. I got a vehicle I loved at a price I was completely comfortable with and walked out the door with nothing but good thoughts about the process from start to finish. Everybody I dealt with was great and I'm guessing that is company driven so you probably can't go wrong with any salesman but having dealt personally with Jesus I can't help but recommend you find him if you can. Car buying will still never be on my list of favorite things to do but the next time I do so the process will undoubtedly start and finish at Kunes. More

No other dealer would match their OUT THE DOOR percentage off MSRP. Initially they had a F-150 that I was interested in. I hesitated... the truck sold. Their initial price was fair. After failing to purchase the truck on their lot Jason Rice asked me,"What exact options do you want?" My specific requirements included: XLT, 302A, FX4, Trailer Tow, 36 gallon tank, 3.5 Ecoboost, moonroof and black. Guess what they found! I was stunned. Needless to say the negotiation ended quickly and the deal was done. Jason Opahle professionally smoothed out every contractual wrinkle regarding price and terms. Mark Rosenbush deftly handled the financing. The most significant aspect of my experience relates to the quote," are you completely satisfied?' Yes I am. Thanks for the handshake, I appreciate it.
