13 MONTHS OF A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NO RESOLUTION I ORDERED A 2018 FORD TRANSIT , THE PAPER WORK GOT MESSED UP SEVERAL TIMES , WRONG VEHICLE WAS TITLED AND LICENSED IN MY NAME , WRONG VEHICLE WAS DELI I ORDERED A 2018 FORD TRANSIT , THE PAPER WORK GOT MESSED UP SEVERAL TIMES , WRONG VEHICLE WAS TITLED AND LICENSED IN MY NAME , WRONG VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED TWICE , REPAIR WORK -FARMED OUT LEFT SEVERAL SCRATCHES AND TOUCH UP PAINTED AFTER 8ISH MONTHS OF ALMOST 30,000.00 I STILL AM GETTING NOTICE TO RENEW PLATES THAT ARE NOT MINE , THE DMV AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY ARE TRYING TO HELP BUT , NOW I HAVE TO WAITE UNTIL PAPERS ARE RECEIVED FOR LICENSE PLATE REVOCATION FORM TO BE SUBMITTED ??? , STILL SERIOUS PAPERWORK ISSUES AFTER 13 MONTHS , AND MONTHS OF INCOME LOSS . DEALER REPRESENTATION IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON PHONE AND HOURS MORE WASTED , NOW SEVERAL MORE HOURS TO STRAIGHTEN OUT PAPERWORK MESS , WENT TO ANOTHER DEALER AND WAS IN AND OUT WITH A VEHICLE LESS THAN ONE HOUR , WAY BETTER THAN THE 24 VISITS FOR THE WRONG VEHICLE AND INCORRECT TAX FORM , LICENCE & TITLE , STILL DEALING WITH NIGHTMARE , ALL I CAN SAY IS GOOD LUCK More
