Amazing!!! First of all our Sales Rep was Amazing, hence the reason for the 5 star rating. Secondly, the finance department was so slow at paperwork, that we had First of all our Sales Rep was Amazing, hence the reason for the 5 star rating. Secondly, the finance department was so slow at paperwork, that we had to wait 6 hours before we walked away with our new car. So that issue should be addressed. Tim Spurlock is the reason we are giving a five star rating instead of three. He is a really Awesome guy to work with & we recommend that you go see him. True customer first service I've been a manager for more than 20 years. I have never seen such teamwork in order to satisfy the customer. I called just to see what I would need t I've been a manager for more than 20 years. I have never seen such teamwork in order to satisfy the customer. I called just to see what I would need to do to get my less than stellar credit in shape to get a car. They had me approved in an hour and I drove my very first brand new car off the lot 2 days later! I left my hat. Tim has been holding it for a month!! Don't worry, Tim! I'm coming for it!
