I paid for the repair myself, so I was super conscious of getting high value from the service. The team in Sterling exceeded expectations at every step. Kelly Martinez was extraordinary with her expertise and patience. She had an expert command of all the work/steps required for several different repair alternatives. She was extremely patient in helping me understand what would increase cost, etc. Ultimately, the price was very competitive with other shops. The work, itself, was OUTSTANDING! Dent removal/replacement parts and paint job were superb. The blending of the paint for the repair and the surrounding pieces is stunning. They told me the name of the painter was Jason. I don't know how many people they have doing the painting, so I won't generalize. Jason did ours ,and it is GREAT! More

When I first meet with Scott we sat down and went over what was important features for my new vehicle to have and what price I was comfortable with. He only showed me three vehicles total, the first two were great. He knew I wasn't 100% in love with them so he made a trip to one of there other locations to bring me another vehicle and I absolutely loved it! The great service has even continued after the sale Scott has followed up with me several times since the sale to make sure I was still loving the vehicle and had no questions.
