Scott Bice, the salesperson helping me was wonderful! He completely understood I was not in a position or ready to buy the car but answered all the questions with the utmost patience. There was no pressure that day which ended up being four days prior to our purchasing the Pacifica. After looking at a couple different vehicles in a variety of lots and then doing my homework online, my husband and I returned to the dealership to test drive the car again. We both liked it and asked for the trade-in value for our current vehicle. Negotiations were fair and friendly and I truly felt that Scott and Kunes Country wanted to do the best possible for us and our community. We had to wait for our Journey to arrive since it was coming from the factory and he hooked us up with a different Journey while we waited.
