Scott was/is amazing! I went in looking a new SUV - Jeep Compass Latitude to be exact. I went in not knowing exactly how expensive of a vehicle I could afford. He sat down I went in looking a new SUV - Jeep Compass Latitude to be exact. I went in not knowing exactly how expensive of a vehicle I could afford. He sat down with me & gave me the numbers. Took the numbers home, thought about it, came back the next day and told him it wasn’t something I could afford right now. He was okay with that and gave me his honest opinion which included keeping my current car for another year and then coming back to see him for possibly a better payment on a used Compass. I have never heard a dealer tell their customer to keep their current car and come back in a year. He truly looks out for your best interest. Recommend him to anyone!!!! More

Alignment issues Brought in my 2015 Jeep Patriot for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment since I bought new tires and the Jeep did pull to the right a little. I told t Brought in my 2015 Jeep Patriot for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment since I bought new tires and the Jeep did pull to the right a little. I told the service people to make sure the steering wheel is straight with a reply "yeah yeah yeah we always do" well after the mechanic was done I was told that the pull was alot better but still pulls a little bit. If I hold the steering wheel centered it pull worse then when I brought it in. I take it back after driving it and told them that the steering wheel is not centered well the mechanic checks it out and said everything is good and set correctly! To me if you centered the wheel first then go under the vehicle and start wrenching to get the toe and camber with a COMPUTER they should get it right. As of now I'm still waiting. These people even tried to argue that I hit some pot hole or curb and there might be some bent parts. I know my vehicle and I know I didn't hit anything it just seems like they can argue there incompetents then fix things correctly. These are the same people that tried to fix my airbag sensor for the passenger side seat and when the mechanic put the sensor in place all the airbags blew out because the mechanic did not disconnect the battery cable before hand. I truly believe they get in a hurry and either skip proper procedures to go by the times stated to fix certain things are they are truly incapable of fixing things the right way!! More
