My name is Sherry McMillen. I bought a 2018 Ford Edge from there about 3 years ago. My car kept losing antifreeze. So I took it to a ford dealership for a diagnosis a few months ago. Got the diagnosis that the antifreeze is leaking into the engine. Corie was the salesperson I dealt with at Kunes.

So April 1 2023 we dropped the car off at the dealership. They never said a word to us for 2 weeks. We called said waiting on parts. 3rd week went by said same thing. Monday April 24 2023 Royce told us he had a loaner for us. Said it was a Tahoe he would call Tuesday. Didn’t call like usual we called Wednesday April 22 2023. Royce wouldn’t get on the phone with us but the service department told us they didn’t have any loaners. So the lies just keep rolling. That’s all Royce knows how to do is lie. They delivered the car back Thursday April 27 2023. Engine light still on and the car still stalling at highway speed! So they kept the car for another month just to bring it back without doing a single thing to it! Still broke down like it was the first day we got it! And that was 4 attempts at fixing it already and 8 months ago. Kunes is bottom of the barrel service.

So update, today June 2 the car is still not fixed. We did finally talk to the parts department manager. She was the first honest person we have come across at Kunes. She informed us the part was in fact NOT on back order but rather they didn’t order the catalytic converter at all! So Kunes kept the car for a month just to bring it back not fixed claiming the parts were on back order. When in reality they are trying to wait it out long enough to let the warranty expire so we have to pay out of pocket. Royce is a serial liar that has lied to us since September 2022. It is now June 2 2023 and the car we purchased is still not fixed. And Royce never had any intentions of fixing it. Again save yourself the troubles and avoid this dealership at all cost!!!
