This was my first experience shopping solo for a new car (without my husband.) I wanted to take my time car shopping, and had no idea what kind of car I wanted. Hence, I knew my husband would not have pat (without my husband.) I wanted to take my time car shopping, and had no idea what kind of car I wanted. Hence, I knew my husband would not have patience to shop with me. I picked Krause Toyota at random from a booklet I received at the 2013 Greater Lehigh Valley Car Show. Cliff Swoyer met me at the door, and I explained that I was "just looking" and had no idea what I wanted. I looked at two Toyota models that friends had purchased. Then I saw a Prius, and I was intrigued! Cliff was patient and did a wonderful job educating me about hybrid cars! I am now the proud owner of a beautiful red Prius. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! I had myriad questions and Cliff answered them all. He also assured me he would be available for questions in the future and even called the day after the sale to see how I was doing. All of the Krause personnel that I met during the sale process were very courteous and helpful! More

His knowledge regarding different models and available packages and upgrades was impressive. Once we decided on a vehicle, he located a car with our specific requests and had one at the dealership within a few days! Once the purchase was complete, he spent over a hour with us, reviewing the car's features, connecting our cell phones to the vehicle, and helping us set up entune and other electronic features - a service we would not have received elsewhere. We can't complete this review without stating how wonderful Tara is at explaining payment options and completing final paperwork. Her knowledge is extensive and she is a pleasure to work with. We test drove one, he answered all my questions, and then he sat down with me and we went through the features I wanted/needed and those that I did not so that I didn't pay for more than I needed. He was very patient and thorough. Then I went home to think it through. I had looked at three other vehicles prior so I had comparisons. Doc emailed me a thank you for visiting the dealership, but never gave me a "pressure" to buy line. I appreciated his friendliness, honesty, and professionalism. More
