The vehicle also came with a blue tooth feature which required a set up which Cliff walked me through. Being in the middle years of my life, I've bought several cars. In the past, I've largely relied on my husband's automotive expertise and left the car shopping and haggling over price to him. However, this time we decided I should be more involved in the process, and I entered into that with fear and trepidation. I tend to not enjoy high pressure environments. The fortunes were on my side when we entered the Krause showroom and Doc Laba approached us and offered his help. On that first visit, we simply looked at cars and felt no pressure to go any further in the process. We visited the dealership several times over the next month. Doc never asked for our contact information nor took any notes, yet each time, he remembered past conversations and treated us with respect. We would share the other cars that we were looking at, and he would objectively talk about them without condemning them because they were made by a different manufacturer. When it came time to buy, we did due diligence researching current market values and settled on a figure we would accept. That figure was exactly the first figure that Doc presented to us. So, there went the haggling fear! Working with Mary on financing and completing the order was equally satisfying. Since purchasing the vehicle, both Doc and the Krause dealers have contacted me numerous times to check on satisfaction levels and to offer aid and assistance.
