My follow up they told me they have to order the part, will arrive in 2 or 3 days and I will hear back from my service advisor. I called 3rd day part was not in. Upon my every day follow part came in afte will arrive in 2 or 3 days and I will hear back from my service advisor. I called 3rd day part was not in. Upon my every day follow part came in after a week on Friday. Then I was told on Saturday they just do oil service maintenance. The next appiontment will be on Monday? I dropped off my Touson at 10:15am on Monday, same I was told it will be done in couple of hours but after my few calls, I was able to get it back at 3:15pm? I guess it due to under hyundai warranty coverage koons dealership was least interested to fixed my repairs? This is the 2nd time I have very bad experience at Koons dealership. More
