We waited 1.5 hours to pay, even though we were not financing. We were there a total of 3 hours, most of that time was sitting around, waiting to pay. When I declined the extended warranty, the finance guy asked if I wanted to talk to my husband about it. I was not impressed by that at all. Overall, not a very good experience. More

Probably the worst car buying experience i have ever had. Salesperson did not know specs of vehicle, rushed me through signing documents and had me execute documents not required. They were friendly and affable but I was not given an itemized invoice for the recall work that was supposedly done which did not correct the abs issue that I thought was being addressed. I was told that itemized invoice for the recall work that was supposedly done which did not correct the abs issue that I thought was being addressed. I was told that the recall only involved a fuse. After whatever work was done, I was told that I needed brakes and rotors costing around $1500.00. After getting my regular shop to order the brakes and rotors they said I didn't need them, at all. When I did some research I saw that there had been a recall on my vehicle type that involved the abs disengaging at low speeds which is what my car was doing, my regular shop corrected the issue by replacing the axle, $800. I'm not sure what the dealership charged Hyundai so maybe they should follow up to see exactly what they did and what they were paid to do. More
