Purchased a used car. Sales rep talked about the previous owner but subsequently appears to be false. Took a good test drive and pointed out low tire pressure but when we purchased the car the next day the issue had not been addressed and only the service dept could top off tire pressure. Vehicle was not provided with a full tank of gas which would have been nice. Driver side window/door lock control did not work despite dealer telling us about their 121 point check so always check as much as you can and take to a mechanic if you have concerns. Windows/door control is being addressed with dealer using their warranty. Overall it appears to be a good vehicle for the money and if not for these few items would have given them 5 stars. More

Really bad experience, the service supervisor was out of the office most of the time, lack of communication. Lied about car’s warranty, overcharged at the end. Scammed with rental car detailing fee.
