Great Experience I cannot say enough about my experience at Koons Chevrolet. They made it so easy to buy. First off, they had a tahoe in a color I never saw before. I I cannot say enough about my experience at Koons Chevrolet. They made it so easy to buy. First off, they had a tahoe in a color I never saw before. I only buy black or white cars, period. This was grey/dark tan with 22 inch black rims. (Kudos to your marketing team for sending me the email with the picture of this truck!) I was planning to buy in March and the color combination and price made this deal too good to pass up. (I bought in November) I have friends very high up at 2 other local chevy dealerships who could not come close to matching this price, they told me to get it in writing and they still warned me that Koons would probably not honor the price when I got there, saying I didnt qualify for this incentive or that incentive. Enter Preston Straub (sales) - I told Preston that I was coming from over 2 hours away and if I got there and he raised the price, we were fighting! Preston sent me a quote and reassured me that the price would not change. I arrived very skeptical and worried that I was about to get upset and the exact opposite happened. Preston welcomed me with a big smile and very strong handshake (glad we didnt fight) and he not only honored the price, but he took another $50 off so I could take my wife out to celebrate (Im in Sales and had to negotiate some right) I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to Preston in the future, he was really great to work with! He got me in and out within an hour or two. Love the car and the experience I had @ Koons! More
