Worst Experience This was the absolute worst car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. The car we test drove was missing headrests, we asked if they had t This was the absolute worst car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. The car we test drove was missing headrests, we asked if they had them and was told yes. We asked if they had the second key fob for the car, again we were told yes. These were both lies. Once we signed the deal we were told they couldn’t find the headrests and second fob. We were given head rests from another car and were told we would be owed a key. Then we waited, we waited 4 HOURS for financing. The entire time our sales guy kept saying just a few more minutes. Only to find out when he was “checking” he was actually watching TV in the break room. (My husband followed him). All their finance people got to go home and we didn’t get to leave till almost 9! Then when we brought the car the next week for the key fob and they HADN’T TOLD THE KEY GUY! So my husband took a day off work for nothing. I regret going and will never go to another Koons again. More
