My wife wanted a new 2021 Tahoe High Country in Iridescent Pearl White with Brown Mocha interior. We have been trying to locate one since they were released and had no luck. All of the dealerships had either already sold their incoming inventory or had extensive markups. I decided to expand my search outside of our home area of hampton VA months ago and still had no luck. During this time I had communication with Kyle at Koons. We gave him our wish list and he went to work. Within the first few days Kyle located a vehicle at another dealership that had everything we wanted. He set up the transfer but at the last minute the other dealership sold it. Kyle continued his search and located a black High Country Tahoe with the right interior color and all of the features we wanted. We decided to proceed with that vehicle and again bad luck struck. The other dealer converted that vehicle into their demo vehicle. Despite the second let down Kyle promised he would do his best to get us what we wanted. Less than a day later Kyle located a the exact High Country Tahoe we wanted but it was in Pennsylvania. To ensure we got this one Kyle personally went to get the vehicle and drive it back that same day because the delivery driver wouldn’t be available until two days later due to bad weather. I would like to thank our salesman Kyle at Koons. He went above and beyond to assist us and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
