My experience at koons with my recent repair need for my Tahoe was so terrible I have genuinely considered trading in my vehicle and buying a non Chevy product. I had an appointment for a simple tire repair Tahoe was so terrible I have genuinely considered trading in my vehicle and buying a non Chevy product. I had an appointment for a simple tire repair, to which I gave them the tire info when I made the appointment. After sitting for 2.5hrs they informed me that tire was 4hrs away so I would have to come back later on. I waited for a call, never got one. I finally called at 315 and was informed the tire had been there but the truck wasn’t.. I was advised I needed to be there by 330. I arrived by 325 and waited over an hour for the tire to be put back on my vehicle. Completely awful experience. More
