I inquired about a vehicle I saw on the Koons site, and Manny went above and beyond to answer my questions. He followed up with a personal walk around video describing all of the features and options on th Manny went above and beyond to answer my questions. I explained to Manny that I am severely handicapped and I have trouble getting around. When I got to Koons, Manny had the vehicle parked in a handicap parking spot and I parked next to it and he met me at my car. He was so accommodating and patient with me. We took a nice test drive, he sat with me outside and worked up a deal that I couldn’t refuse. He accompanied me to his desk and he was so helpful with everything. I would recommend Manny to anyone looking for a vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with him. More

Koons White Marsh Chevrolet has an amazing advisor named Erin Baker . From the time that I arrived to have service maintenance done to a vehicle that I bought there she was absolutely amazing touch base wit Erin Baker . From the time that I arrived to have service maintenance done to a vehicle that I bought there she was absolutely amazing touch base with me to let me know how everything was going, talk to me about extending the warranty that I had on my vehicle for oil changes and tire rotation and such. And when I set up appointments I actually request her she is very professional very polite has a wonderful attitude about everything and really does help you understand your warranty . More

Finance manager refused to listen to my repeated requests to not sell me additional products. Also, he forced me to join (pay $20) a credit union in order to finance with them. Why was I forced to join a credit union when there are many banks around that would’ve loved my 830 credit score. I’ll recommend my salesman, Nick, but not the dealership. More
