They would point to a locked car and say, "There it is." I couldn't help but think they were not treating me seriously because I am a woman. Little did they realize that I was prepared and able to purchase a new vehicle that day. So I would leave each dealership without a car because why would I give tens of thousands of dollars to a dealership with rude employees? KOONS was a much different experience. Not only were they friendly but Joseph spent a lot of time explaining the car features and test driving it on city and highway roads. He didn't try to hard sell me. I was given a fair trade-in and purchase price from Al and Rachel made the financing painless and actually pleasant. I am so glad that I didn't buy from anyone else.
