Very friendly people, excellent work, free shuttle service nearby so I wouldn't miss work while my car was being repaired, completely satisfied with deliverance of service. I needed (wanted) a new van to replace an 11 year old vehicle that is primarily used for toting around pinball machines, people, and building supplies on occasion. I looked at a number of vans and became quite interested in the Dodge Caravan and its "Stow & Go" seating after meeting with Omar during a visit to Koons Tysons Chrysler/Dodge Jeep. Omar showed me the variety of models available, the differences between them, and took the time to go over the various options. I finally decided upon a model that had what I wanted but I thought it was priced well above what I had intended to pay even after subtracting my trade-in vehicle. Omar said not to worry and to give him the price I felt comfortable with. It was late in the evening and shortly before closing, but Omar went to his management and was able to work some unusually aggressive pricing and trade-in value magic to get me close enough to where I wanted to be that I bought the car! Everyone I worked with at Koons was pleasant, comical at times, and easy to work with during the deal. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Omar and the rest of the Koons team to give pleasant, professional service and a very reasonable deal on the car they're looking for. More
