Throw the whole customer experience out of the window. This was an utter waste of my time. Mind you i drove 4 hours to look at a Mclaren in which in pictures it looked good. Luckily i went to see it in person and it was not up to my standard that i would expect. And ive seen much better 10 year old cars in much better shape. It was all great when i was there looking at it. Then after my wonderful 5 minute/1 mile test drive in nothing but traffic and lights it all went down hill. When i wasnt impressed with the condition of the car, the "product specialist" which is a great title for someone who knows absolutely nothing about the vehicle, proceeded to try to force a sale on me as if since i took an mediocre test drive down the street and back i was obliged to by a car i didnt feel comfortable in the condition and made comments that people come and test drive cars all the time and leave. As if that wasn't enough we went inside for the usual "pressure" sales talk to try and make it seem as if i dont know what im talking about when it comes to what the car would need. As someone who has been working on cars since i was a child of all makes and models even foreign cars the now salesman tried to tell me about a car and how i was wrong when im the one doing weeks of research and information gathering. One thing i wont stand is someone who tries to guilt trip me or make it seem like im dumb when im a car person who knows what they want and is looking for. Sorry i'm not one who is easily swindled into a car with no knowledge or research. Do dealerships not know that we dont need them but they need us customers. Horrible experience. Will definitely spread the word that this place is not the one to go. Go back to the drawing boards on customer service. More

I would have paid more for my vehicle at another dealer if I would have known how awful customer service was following a sale… We were promised the fastest sales experiance ever, it was probably the lon if I would have known how awful customer service was following a sale… We were promised the fastest sales experiance ever, it was probably the longest. Lots of waiting...The car wasn't even ready to drive from 45minutes after my husband, myself and infant arrived. We purchased our vehicle with two VERY VERY SIMPLE open questions….both of which I could have gotten an answer for myself in a 5 min call to their parts department…. That being said as part of the sale of the vehicle my sales team committed to getting the answers for me, so I let them handle it. The first question was like pulling teeth and took 5 emails, 4 phone calls and 3+ text messages to get an answer over the course of almost 2 weeks. The second question remains open to this day, nearly a month after the sale with both the manager (Leo) and rep (Abbas) were nearly unresponsive. Adding to this I had to follow-up over 8 times for temps tags that were expiring...Everyone at every level promised a call back but again I had to drive the wagon to get to it done, ultimately resulting in another 45 min drive to the dealer each way to pick them up. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the past two years alone and can say I have never experienced this much lack of initiative. I am left with the feeling that this dealership has such good new business that they have no intention of wanting or needing repeat customers as they are left to the wayside. I now have my second question answered from a local dealer…it was a 2-minute phone call. Don’t take responsibility for tasks you don’t intent to carry out, very very simple stuff. It will be a shame if this is the only way to get the dealers attention in any way. The one extreme positive from was experience was the finance and service department as they were efficient, effective and followed through with things we spoke about during and after the transaction. Buy a 100K truck, comes back from detailing, with a dent in the door. "Manager" said, "get paintless dent repair, don't worry about it, we'll take care of it". Not the first peep in trying to rectify the problems with the vehicle. All cosmetics, which is why I believe this truck was available in the first place. Someone ordered, found the scratches on sides, door ding, and leather excessively worn in back seat, and backed out. The fake ceramic coating for $1,000 wasnt really applied either. Has anyone that works at Koons seen a ceramic coating on car and what happens when water comes in contact with the body...the water just falls off, not with this crap Koons is selling. It probably does work better, but it can't be applied in 15 minutes. The day of my purchase it was pouring rain, hard to see exterior damages until after the fact. I believe this dealerships motto is ignore the customer until the problem goes away. I don't have time to pester everyday, I think it's the dealership responsibility to make sure there is 100% customer satisfaction, they should follow up and follow through. The sales rep stopped responding to any and all messages. I travel overseas for work and have just returned. Getting caught up on emails and this review link was perfect timing. I'm not done yet, I just don't have time to sit on hold with people who don't really want to help. More

Today I picked up the Jeep that I had ordered. It took longer than expected to come in, but my sales rep Brian H. Made sure that I was kept up to date during the whole process. He was friendly, professional, courteous and personable. He thoroughly went over the Jeep features with me, full body and interior inspection with me. While I was with the finacial department Brian took it upon himself to talk with my son, show him around and looked at one of my son's favorite cars the hellcat. I have bought many cars and never once experienced this type of customer service. Brian truly understands his customers, their wants and goes above and beyond. The customer service that Brian gave from start to finish is the reason I took a 3 hour drive. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep and as long as Brian works ay Koons they will always have my business. The experience that me, my wife and son had was honestly priceless. Brian is truly honest and valuable. I highly recommend Brian to do business with at Koons. More
