They tried to charge me for work that was not authorized, they had no parts to complete the factory recalls with no idea on when the parts would be i They tried to charge me for work that was not authorized, they had no parts to complete the factory recalls with no idea on when the parts would be in. They looked at a customer-initiated recall for the front end and could not explain to me what was or how it could be repaired, and the adaptive steering issue could not be fixed and stated that the parts could be up to a year away. More

My 2019 Ford F-150 has been at Koons Ford of Annapolis since Feb. 8, 2022. I haven't received a full diagnosis yet and any contact I've had with the service advisor was initiated by me. The last message I left for the service adviser was the 25th of March and he as yet to return my call. I fully understand supply issues however what does a supply chain issue have to do with customer service. I would think after being without my truck for over 2 months the least Koons Ford of Annapolis could do is offer a loaner but again since they haven't contacted me I guess that would be asking to much. I strongly suggest anyone considering Koons Ford of Annapolis should think twice about taking their business there, here is to hoping I get my truck back before May. More
