I had a great experience with my oil change but not so good experience when trying to get my sunroof repaired. The loaner experience, especially, was awful. And the price for the sunroof service was ast good experience when trying to get my sunroof repaired. The loaner experience, especially, was awful. And the price for the sunroof service was astronomical at over $1,058 and $258 to diagnose what I told the service department was the issue. I wound up purchasing the sunroof motor on Ebay for $107 and installing it myself. More

I had the worse experience at Koons since I've been going here. I made an appointment approximately April 16 for sunroof service. I requested a loaner so I could get to work. The first available appointme here. I made an appointment approximately April 16 for sunroof service. I requested a loaner so I could get to work. The first available appointment was May 21. When I showed up on May 21, Paula, the person that issues loaners, said that she did not have anything in the system that I was dropping my car off for an appointment nor requesting a loaner. But she said she could accommodate my request. This was an inconvenience, to me, because if I was in the system, my loaner would've been ready. I had to stay there approximately 20 minutes to provide my insurance and credit card information and for her to find a car. The service for my sunroof was too expensive. Paymer Phillips charges approximately $780 and Koons's price was $1158 and I wasn't guaranteed that the motor replacement would fix my issue. I decided not to have it done and came back to return the loaner. And I was charged $258 for a diagnosis that I already included in my service request. Approximately a half an hour after I returned the loaner I was accused by Paula that I needed to provide a $50 cleaning fee because it smelled like cigarette smoke in there . After I asked her several times which automobile are you referring to, she never told me what vehicle. I told her that she must be mistaken because I don't smoke cigarettes and have never smoked cigarettes in my life. She said that the car Porter stated it smelled like smoke and questioned me "on whether I smelled smoke when I received it?" I told her that it was a loaner, why would I care what it smelled like because I needed transportation to get to work. He soon apologized and we ended the call. Despite my service advisor changing every year, I've always gotten great customer service when I visit but this instance was a 1-star. More
