Bruce took great care of my car and had it ready when we asked for it. I had accidentally left my cell phone in the car and very quickly one of the techs found my car and brought me my phone. I appreciate proximity of Koons to my home and the drivers are excellent and very courteous. Service not easy to judge as little interaction from Service Manager.
