Nice people. Good servive. Even thought I had a scheduled appointment , this service time was a little excessive. Took over 4 hours for "the Works " package an Good servive. My vehicle broke diwn and i had to have it towed to Koons. I didnt have an appointment, but contacted my Service Advisor on a Wednesday hoping they would find the problem and be able to make the repair Koons. I didnt have an appointment, but contacted my Service Advisor on a Wednesday hoping they would find the problem and be able to make the repairs in a timely manner. They did repair my vehicle in a timely manner which was a day ealier than expected and less than original estimate. Great job. More
