Largely, nothing but inconvenience from Koons. They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. It was delivered with wheel locks but no socket to unlock them They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. It was delivered with wheel locks but no socket to unlock them. I have been trying for over a week to have them address this. Also there was a console safe and digital door lock, but no instructions on how to open and change them. I have been trying to get this addressed also for over a week. Horrible followup on this purchase. I wouldn't do it again. More

Please change the service center policies on electric vehicle work. If the only mechanic that works on EV's isn't in, then don't schedule a vehicle drop off on any other day, without notifying the custom vehicle work.
