Largely, nothing but inconvenience from Koons. They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. Also there was a console safe and digital door lock, but no instructions on how to open and change them. I have been trying to get this addressed also for over a week. Please change the service center policies on electric vehicle work. If the only mechanic that works on EV's isn't in, then don't schedule a vehicle drop off on any other day, without notifying the custom vehicle work.
