We have been to Win Kelly for services a couple of times now. The first time was for a recall in June 2013, but we had to bring the vehicle back twice for the recall because the first time they installed th now. The first time was for a recall in June 2013, but we had to bring the vehicle back twice for the recall because the first time they installed the repair but couldn't program it. They had to take the new part back out, put the old part back in, and have us come back a week later to re-do the repair. Meanwhile, we barely had communication with them during the times they had the car because they didn't respond to phone calls and didn't call US to inform us as to what was happening. We told them we needed the vehicle back by a certain time, and was told that was no problem. Then they failed to meet that time. The second time we went to Win Kelly for service, it was because several lights were lit up on our dashboard (engine light and traction control service light). We went in for service and for another recall repair. They ended up charging us an exorbitant amount for the repairs (near $1000), but otherwise we would have had to pay an astounding "diagnosis" fee. Within three days of bringing the car home (and driving it 2x), the engine light turned on again. We called to have them re-look why, and brought the car in. This time they told is it would cost another $850 for repairs. No apology as to how this "code" was missed the week before, or why we now had a second issue just coincidentally crop up right after bringing the car home from their repair facility. This seems so incredibly scammy to me, we refused to have them do the second set of work on our vehicle. We will go somewhere more reputable. Meanwhile, when I brought the car in for the first set of issues (engine light & traction light), I was checking the car in and one of the service people began cursing repeatedly, loudly, and boldly about his paycheck. Literally, five feet away from me, facing me, so I was clearly in his view. It was so unprofessional and so uncomfortable that I made my husband pick up the car, and made him check the car in the next time we went. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WIN KELLY SERVICE. They clearly have no clue how to properly diagnose issues, and they have no respect for their customers. More

I could go though a litany of reasons to go with Win Kelly. But to spare the reader and me, Win Kelly Chev, GMC ... etc., has been a respectable, family oriented place to purchase an automobile who make Kelly. I was drawn to this dealer via the internet and availability of type of Truck I was looking for. However, I have to say one of the easiest puchases I have ever made. I have done business with Win Kelly for about 3 years. I have a problem of changing out vehicles every year. I recently left the GM family and got a different vehicle that was beyond wrong for me. I came up that night walked away with a brand new Chevy Truck. I couldn't be happier with this dealership. I always work with Robert and he takes good care of us. I live over an hour away and well drive up to Win Kelly because I know I well get amazing customer service from both the sales team and service department. They take good care of us. If I bring my boys up there they laugh and play and no one gets upset with them. I'm so thankful for this amazing team of people that are brought together there. More

Best customer service from a sales consultant we(both my wife and I) have ever received- friendly-personable(down to earth). We were offered choices with excellent details so we could make an informed decision but was not pushy(can't say that about some of my other car buying experiences). We got a great price on the car we purchased ($1500.00 less than identical vehicles advertised elsewhere). Great dealer processing time too- done in about 2 1/2 hours from start to signing the final paper work. P.S great follow thru from our sales consultant Paul - he called to check on us to see if we were still happy with our purchase and that he gotten for us a trunk cargo net and a console tray. He thought they would make a nice addition for our car and it was his gift to us. Now that is above and beyond what we have ever experienced from other sales consultants. Hope he keeps up the good work and we hope everyone comes in and asks for Paul personally!!! We certainly will be referring him as often as we can. More
I went to Win Kelley, knowing the name for years as a staple in the Howard County and Clarksville area. Prior to my test drive and purchase of a 2013 GMC Terrain, I stopped in for a test drive, having had my eye on the car for a while. I'm a people person, and am thrilled with the level of personal service and warmth that I felt at Win Kelley. Robert was incredibly helpful, as well as was Brian. After we finalized the deal, working with Robin was a pleasure as well. As a side note, my father has also purchased a Chevy Avalanche from Win Kelley and has always known the m to be friendly and good to work with. I'm incredibly excited about my Terrain, and looking forward to working with Robert and Win Kelley in the future. Highly, highly recommended. More
