Was told that my will be vacuumed after servicing. Didn’t vacuum my car. I found minor garage trash inside. When I told this to the counter person. I was told no one is there now to vacuum and was ask Didn’t vacuum my car. I found minor garage trash inside. When I told this to the counter person. I was told no one is there now to vacuum and was asked to come next day. Even footboard white paper was not placed inside. I’m very particular about cleanness in my car and keep it very clean. Everyone on the Sales team is amazing. I worked with Carla Castro to buy my new 2026 Prius Limited she made the process super easy for me. Her response time to my emails was amazing she was able to get me all the information on the cars I was interested in and out the door pricing as well. It was a pleasant surprise that the process was so easy at the dealership as well. The credit application took only a few minutes and Alex the finance manger made the process super smooth for me he explained everything and was able to answer all my questions. More
