Our 2012 Jeep Wrangler was scheduled for new tires and alignment, an axle seal and wiper blade replacements, along with the replacement of a burned out light. We've worked with Nick P. quite a few times since he's been a Service Advisor at Kolosso and have never had anything less than a fantastic service experience. No matter how busy he may be, he takes the time to explain everything very thoroughly, makes sure all of your issues are addressed during the service visit, and always is very respectful of the customer, never making us feel defensive or rushed. His price quotes are always very fair and reasonable. We always leave the Kolosso Service Department feeling like their #1 customer.
