Once I arrived at the dealership (unannounced), Trista was with another customer. However, she appointed Dan Schilz to take care of me. Trista did break away from her customer long enough to come and introduced herself. She informed me that if I had any questions later and was unable to contact Dan that I should contact her. Dan was very busy the day I was at the dealership, however, I felt like I was the only customer he was dealing with. He always checked up on me while waiting for the trade-in appraisal and also offered me a soda. I worked with Pao Yang for the finance paper work and he was great as well. It was a great buying experience and will be back for future purchases. More

Mixed feelings I came in with the intent to have the oil changed, safety recall completed, and my tires rotated. I came out with the oil changed, tires rotated and t I came in with the intent to have the oil changed, safety recall completed, and my tires rotated. I came out with the oil changed, tires rotated and the air filter changed. Wasn't what I expected. I sent an email to Kolosso with my request and within an hour had received a phone call stating that I can just come in and get all three issues fixed that afternoon. Perhaps I or the gentlemen on other end was confused about the particular safety recall, but I thought he said that Kolosso can do it after the oil change. I was told that they could not do the safety recall at that time, and would have to come do it another day. The good news that I not only got my oil changed, and tires rotated I also got my air filter replaced. It was due and I am glad that they caught it. However, I've noticed that my steering wheel shakes at 65 MPH when driving on HWY 41. This was after my tires were rotated. I am not a gear head, but I believe that is an issue. I have mixed feelings about going back again. This is my second time going for service. I am willing to give Kolosso another opportunity, but I may go with Bergstrom thereafter. More
