Mixed feelings I came in with the intent to have the oil changed, safety recall completed, and my tires rotated. I came out with the oil changed, tires rotated and the air filter changed. Wasn't what I expected. I sent an email to Kolosso with my request and within an hour had received a phone call stating that I can just come in and get all three issues fixed that afternoon. Perhaps I or the gentlemen on other end was confused about the particular safety recall, but I thought he said that Kolosso can do it after the oil change. I was told that they could not do the safety recall at that time, and would have to come do it another day. The good news that I not only got my oil changed, and tires rotated I also got my air filter replaced. It was due and I am glad that they caught it. However, I've noticed that my steering wheel shakes at 65 MPH when driving on HWY 41. This was after my tires were rotated. I am not a gear head, but I believe that is an issue. I have mixed feelings about going back again. This is my second time going for service. I am willing to give Kolosso another opportunity, but I may go with Bergstrom thereafter. More

Why we chose Kolosso CJD We chose Kolosso CJD to buy our new car from for a couple reasons. We hade previously bought a vehicle from here and were treated very very well. They take the time to get to know you and make it personal, walk you through the entire buying process and trade in process as well. The other reason is our salesman Hollis. We had previously bought 2 vehicles from him at a different Dodge dealer, and this is our 2nd new vehicle purchase from him at Kolosso. Hollis was very honest, and very thorough when helping us find a new car to meet our needs. Another reason is the service dept. We have had to deal with service dept couple times in past for reasons other than oil changes and were very impressed.
