I walked into your showroom not really knowing what I wanted except for a crossover. Ali asked if I needed help and we took it from there. They are taught to lie and deceive you, I've had 3 bad experiences with them and I am done although stuck at the moment, I should have just just turned in my car and gone with Carvana like a cousin of min experiences with them and I am done although stuck at the moment, I should have just just turned in my car and gone with Carvana like a cousin of mine told me to, I had a 3 year lease and decided to buy the car and instead of going through whom I was already leasing with they passed me over to Chase Auto loan, never showing me my options with Hyundai Finance and I ended up paying over 5k more according to after signing and then days later calling Hyundai Finance to find out the big difference from 9-10k plus taxes, to now paying 17k, They are thieves with a smile and there is not one honest person I've met there yet in the years I have dealt with them since 2013 or 2014, not the sales people, management or finance, the only place that I haven't had a bad experience yet was their service center where you bring in your car, do not make a final decision there go home and think it over before signing, God bless you all and may God have mercy on these people who deceive and rob you from your hard earned money, The Bible tells us that Satan is the father of liars.
