Awful I bought an 2016 Ford Explorer from them in 2016 and have brought it back 4 times for the same thing because it feels like it shifts hard. They reboot I bought an 2016 Ford Explorer from them in 2016 and have brought it back 4 times for the same thing because it feels like it shifts hard. They reboot the computer chip and send me on my way because it doesn't happen when they drive. However, the 3rd time I brought it in it did happen while the mechanic was in the car with me and he once again rebooted the car. So this ls the fourth time I brought it there and I was dealing with a Mike who was very nice but then had left for the day and failed to call me back. When I called back they transferred me to another person who could not find any information on my car. He tells me he will call me back and then 20 mins later I get a call from Iris who tells me that her supervisor told her my car was picked up and asked me if I knew who Mike was and I said yeah that would be my husband and no he did not pick my car. She then said well your car has been closed out and we don't have it. I said you better find my car. Iris tells me she will call me back so another 20 mins go by and then a ROB CASE calls me and said you car is here and they didn't have the right information ext.... Then tells me that they took it out for 10 miles and nothing happened and they can't find anything wrong with it so you can come pick it up. I asked Rob well did you at least reboot like you always do every other time because it stops for a while and he said NO that there is nothing wrong with it. Then Rob says you can get a second opinion if you want b/c there is nothing we can do. YOU can go to NAZARETH OR BETHLEHEM FORD. Now why would I do that when they JUST BOUGHT THEM BOTH. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEM THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL and Don't know what they are doing especially telling someone that there car is not there and can not located for over 20 mins and 2 different phone calls . More

Collision Center Gieco Express not recommend. Never take your car here for collision repairs. They had my 15 Tahoe for minor fender damage. Replaced fender, wheel well Gieco Express not recommend. Never take your car here for collision repairs. They had my 15 Tahoe for minor fender damage. Replaced fender, wheel well cover, headlamp assembly, and air box. Got the vehicle back an the fender had sand in the paint. I refused it an they apologized and said they could buff it out take about an hour. Yep you guessed it got it back with primer now showing. Refused to except it an they said they would fix it. Back in rental. Two days later I was all done. Look good until an hour later I noticed a extra part on passenger floor board. So I decided to completely look over there work an noticed I was also missing a hood support. I returned back to collision center spoke with manager again whom apologized again. He took my vehicle back in the shop and installed the extra part (not extra) and found the missing hood support an installed it. He offered to paint my other fender to compensate me which I accepted. But I declined to bring my vehicle back after I again found poor workmanship when I had to drive at night an my new headlamp had not been adjusted properly and was pointing about 6 feet infront of the hood an was basically worthless for seeing at night. Which put my life an others at risk. I will not be taking my vehicle back ever. More

I had been to a local dealersh First let me say I have purchased many vehicles in my life from many different dealers and this was by far the best.... I had been to a local dealership recently that was absolutely awful and unprofessional. Everyone at Koch33 made it the smoothest most comfortable process. Michael Hood my salesman was absolutely professional and went above and beyond. He is a great salesman and I highly recommend him. Cory Wismer the sales manager was also extremely helpful in the process and I can't say enough how much I appreciated his understanding of my needs. Koch has two of the best in the business. Finally I want to mention the upfitters in the service department. I wanted to add aftermarket parts (lights etc) and transfer parts from my old truck. The upfitters in service did an amazing job. Everything looked factory installed like the truck came with them. Unbelievable service and upfitter department. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase or service. I will definitely be back to buy in the future and recommend koch33 to my family and friends... More
