Purchased new 2024 F150 back in August, now with 3453 miles computer message "parking brake limited function, service required". Service said they do not have loaners but I could rent a car and if it was a warranty issue I wouldn't have to pay. How can they say if it is a warranty issue when I have a bumper to bumper 36,000 mile warranty and I only have 3453 miles on truck? I emailed sales a week ago and no reply. If I knew they would not provide loaners I wouldn't have purchased truck. I made appointment local with Ray Price Ford and will not call Koch and will not be a repeat customer. More

I received a text that the vehicle is no longer available that evening and immediately called to see what happened and asked to speak with the manager that I spoke with about payment, George Martinez. Several days later, no call back and no reason why they didn't wait for me to show up with payment after being promised the vehicle. I own a fleet of vehicles for business and purchase approx 4 new ones each year. I would never do business with this dealership. More
