Calling the service department is not very successful however, I waited 5 full minutes for anyone to answer the transferred call. No one did, I think they were super busy on Thursday afternoon in July. Going on line to make a service appointment was better, however the on line chat window was interfering with the drop down selections to do that on my iPhone. More
