Knudtsen Chevrolet

I bought a new 3/4 ton truck in 2021 and it has pulled to the right from day one so I took it to Chevy of South anchorage in Alaska and left it with them for 1 1/2 Months they could not fix the problem. I then could not get the truck to go in four wheel drive and the parking brake came on everytime I tried to put it in four wheel drive it when I took it to the shop in Soldotna they said they could not get it to do it again but every time you go to put it in four wheel drive and spin the tires it will not go in four wheel drive. I guess what I’m upset about is every time I try to talk to someone at Knudsen I never get any answers I now have 34,000 miles on it and they are telling me I better get it to a shop before warranty is up and no one returns my calls from Knudsen Chevy. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but a phone call would work. More

Paid for a diagnostic. They did not do it . They tried to just change filters ect. Allready told them we have tried This. So Instead of trying to Figure out what wrong the They did not do it . We told them we wanted the best extend warranty which I guess we didn’t get the issue we had had been since we bought it with 30k miles on it . Either the service department are liars or have no clue what they are doing are nickel dime ya. Going back to autonation. worse service department I have been to in over 20 years and 25 pickups.
