Do not buy from here Was at Knudsten Chevrolet a total of 6 hours in 2 days. Picked out my car, submitted the deal, authorized check of credit, etc etc. When financing cam Was at Knudsten Chevrolet a total of 6 hours in 2 days. Picked out my car, submitted the deal, authorized check of credit, etc etc. When financing came back as "pending" I was told that I would be receiving a call on what our next step would be. When I went back into the dealership on the second day, I spoke with Dan the finance manager, who advised me that he was going to talk to the bank the next day in the am and get back to me because it was 4pm. Got a call the next day and they stated the car was sold. When asked what their policy is regarding the situation, the sales manager said there is no protocol and its just what happens.He also stated that if I had a cash offer there wouldnt have been a problem. Very unprofessional. I would not have authorized check of my credit, nor have spent 6 hours when I could have went somewhere else. More

I took my Kia in for a cleaning of seats and interior after my son spilled food on the seats and drove it for a few month’s. It smelled bad and was very dirty.
